Tech experts ITPS have received an elite award for their work helping organisations to use the internet to streamline and integrate their communications tools and get a better return on their IT and telecoms budget.
ITPS is one of only five businesses across the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand to achieve the Circle of Excellence award from global telecoms organisation ShoreTel. The award is presented to ShoreTel’s top global reseller partners, and each year less than one-half of one percent of all partners earn this distinction.
ITPS is the North East’s biggest independently-owned IT specialist, with a 112-strong team specialising in IT consultancy, implementation, data centre provision and unified communications, as well as support services and workspace and disaster recovery.
The Circle of Excellence award recognises ITPS for exceptional achievement in helping clients to reap the cost and efficiency benefits involved in integrating their telephone systems with the rest of their IT platform, and is based on areas including customer satisfaction, revenue growth and proficiency with advanced applications of communication.
Gary Ross, account director of ITPS’s unified communications team, said: “It is an honour to win Circle of Excellence status from ShoreTel, particularly as it requires a high level of customer interaction. The Circle of Excellence is the highest recognition given by ShoreTel to its partners and this achievement puts us in an exclusive group.
“It is a testament to the expertise of our unified communications team, and to our work in designing and delivering communications solutions that make communications between staff, customers, suppliers and partners more smooth and effective, which in turn improves customer care for everyone in the chain.
“With the appointment of another account manager to our unified communications team to cope with customer demand, we are confident that 2017 will see us help many more clients to achieve a better return on their investment in IT and telecoms solutions.”
