MWS expands calibration services for industry equipment

The expanded services include pressure, temperature, magnetic, and specialist electrical instruments. All calibrations are UKAS-traceable and managed through MWS’s cloud-based portal, giving clients full control and visibility of their schedules.

Based at the Drum Industrial Estate, MWS has over 25 years of experience calibrating weighing systems for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The expansion is part of MWS’s commitment to streamlining maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and consolidating service providers for clients.

Leading the expansion is Antony Deakin, who joined MWS earlier this year as Technical Manager. With 25 years of experience in calibration and metrology, Deakin has held previous roles as Technical Manager, Head of Lab, and Engineer.
