£35m Accelerate Fund opens for businesses
Equity investment from £50,000 to £1million is now available to help companies start-up and grow.
The North East Accelerate Fund is designed to support businesses at every stage, from proving a concept to scaling operations.
It’s managed by Mercia Ventures, which works with founders to support the acceleration of their businesses.
The fund can provide up to £1million in total investment for each successful company. Businesses may also be able to access Mercia’s other funds, with potential investment of up to £10million.
The Accelerate Fund is part of the £350million North East Fund initiative.
