Amazon offers up to £30k for creative careers in the North East
Amazon has launched a Regional Creatives Fund, offering grants of up to £30,000 to help people from underserved communities break into the creative industries.
The fund is open to UK-registered charities in the North East already running projects in areas like publishing, music, gaming, film, TV, fashion, and advertising.
Single organisations can apply for up to £30,000, while groups of organisations can apply for up to £100,000.
Successful applicants will also receive free mentoring, training, work experience, and industry connections from Amazon experts at Amazon Music, Prime Video, Amazon Games, and more.
To be eligible, applicants must already run a programme helping people from underrepresented groups gain creative industry skills and show how the funding will grow, improve, or sustain their work.
Amazon is looking for projects that boost skills, open doors, and raise underrepresented voices, with energy, purpose, and a clear plan for impact.
