UK private equity firm Maven has been re-awarded a contract to manage the £20 million Finance Durham Fund for another five years to channel investments into businesses in the area.
The Fund can invest to support the growth of businesses located in, or looking to relocate to County Durham, who are looking to develop new products, enter new markets and/or expand their current operations.
A simple alternative to bank finance, the Finance Durham Fund is transforming the financial landscape for businesses across County Durham.
Debt and equity funding is available between £150,000 to £2 million to support business growth.
