Specialist sports retailer report record-breaking sales

The sports retailer specialises in hockey, netball and other sports equipment and clothing. Sales in comparison to the previous year were up by nearly half at 46 percent including online sales across November which rocketed by 58 percent.

The surge in sales was largely due to the opening of its new larger store alongside intensive digital marketing activities led by Sales and Marketing Manager Emily Watkinson. Her influence has strengthened the company’s growth strategy, digital presence, and seen sales soar.

Owner and Commercial Director at One Sports Warehouse, Simon Lee, said: “I am incredibly proud of the record sales performance. We had record number of visitors to the website in November and a lot of customers enjoyed Christmas shopping for new sticks, a lot of Wacky Sox, and stocking fillers!”
